Little America Hotel & Resort will serve as the Host Hotel for the 2022 Rockies Petroleum Conference. A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees wishing to stay on-site.   • Full Rockies Petroleum Conference Registration for 1 attendee
    • Oil and Gas Workforce Lunch

  • 1 8’x8′ booth space (approximate size)

Setup

Vendors may begin load-in and set up on Wednesday, August 24th at 7:00 AM and must be completed by 7:00 AM on Thursday, August 25th.

Teardown 

Vendors may begin teardown and load-out after the commencement of the last breakout session on Thursday, August 25th (approximately 3:45 PM) but may remain up through the Chairman’s Dinner if desired. Vendors must be finished tearing down by 8:00 AM on Friday, August 26th.

PAWPAC Golf Tournament

The Petroleum Association of Wyoming Political Action Committee will once again be hosting its Annual Golf Tournament!

Proceeds from the Tournament will help fund PAWPAC. No corporate funds may be used.

We’ve reduced the price for registering a foursome and hope you will consider doing so and invite local and state officials to join your team. We can help play matchmaker if you need it!

Individual registrations are welcome and we will help fill the foursomes.

Registration and Cancellation Deadlines are August 10, 2022.

Wyoming law prohibits corporate checks for Political Action Committees. Payment must be by personal check or cash. The Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987 requires that you be informed that payments to PAWPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
