Those interested in being vendors at the Rockies Petroleum Conference Tradeshow can register starting May 1, 2023.
Registration includes:
- Full Rockies Petroleum Conference Registration for 2 attendees

Setup
Vendors may begin load-in and set up on Wednesday, August 23th at 7:00 AM and must be completed by 7:00 AM on Thursday, August 24th.
Teardown
Vendors may begin teardown and load-out after the commencement of the last breakout session on Thursday, August 24th (approximately 3:45 PM) but may remain up through the Chairman’s Dinner if desired. Vendors must be finished tearing down by 8:00 AM on Friday, August 25th.

PAWPAC Golf Tournament
The Petroleum Association of Wyoming Political Action Committee will once again be hosting its Annual Golf Tournament!
Proceeds from the Tournament will help fund PAWPAC. No corporate funds may be used.

Registration and Cancellation Deadlines are August 11, 2023.
Wyoming law prohibits corporate checks for Political Action Committees. Payment must be by personal check or cash. The Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987 requires that you be informed that payments to PAWPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.

This year PAW is adding a Guided Hike at the Pilot Hill Recreation Area in the Laramie foothills hosted by Trihydro!

Join everyone at the Wyoming Oil and Gas Workforce lunch at the golf course between 11 and 1, and then walk to the trailhead with your guide from Trihydro. You’ll be exploring the foothills of the Laramie Range at over 7,000 feet of elevation! After your adventure join us again for refreshments before the Welcome Reception at War Memorial Stadium.
