Vendors
This year we will have two levels of vendors – Premium and General. Premium vendors will be located just outside the session entrances and near the food lines for prime contact with attendees. General vendors will be located in the hall next to the premium vendors. Spots within each section will be assigned first come, first serve.

Setup
Vendors may begin load-in and set up on Wednesday, August 27th at 7:00 AM and must be completed by 7:00 AM on Thursday, August 28th. There will be a half day session hosted by the Wyoming Carbon Innovation Network. If you wish to be set up for that event it starts at 8:00 AM on August 27th.
TeardownÂ
Vendors may begin teardown and load-out after the commencement of the last breakout session on Thursday, August 28th (approximately 3:45 PM) but may remain up through the closing reception if desired. Vendors must be finished tearing down at the end of the reception.
Wyoming Petroleum Foundation Golf Tournament
Th Wyoming Petroleum Foundation Golf Tournament will take place August 27th at Jacoby Golf Course.
Given the WPF is a 501(c)(3) corporate funds can now be used to pay for the golf tournament.
