Vendors
This year we will have two levels of vendors – Premium and General. Premium vendors will be located just outside the session entrances and near the food lines for prime contact with attendees. General vendors will be located in the hall next to the premium vendors. Spots within each section will be assigned first come, first serve.

Setup
Vendors may begin load-in and set up on Wednesday, August 21st at 7:00 AM and must be completed by 7:00 AM on Thursday, August 22nd. There will be a half day session hosted by the Wyoming Carbon Innovation Network. If you wish to be set up for that event it starts at 8:00 AM on August 21st.
Teardown
Vendors may begin teardown and load-out after the commencement of the last breakout session on Thursday, August 22nd (approximately 3:45 PM) but may remain up through the Chairman’s Dinner if desired. Vendors must be finished tearing down by 8:00 AM on Friday, August 25th.
Wyoming Petroleum Foundation Golf Tournament
This year the Petroleum Association of Wyoming is hosting its Annual Golf Tournament, presented by Western Midstream, to benefit the newly created Wyoming Petroleum Foundation (WPF).
Given the WPF is a 501(c)(3) corporate funds can now be used to pay for the golf tournament.
